Your Contract Options
Voss Rentals has several different rental contracts for you to choose from. You will be able to choose from those the one that best suits your needs. You can choose whether you want to own you shed in 18 months, 36 months, or 48 months. Our friendly staff is willing and able to discuss all the options with you, then you will be the one who will choose the option that best works fro you and your situation.
Damage Waiver
Voss Rentals also has a Damage Waiver Fee option, which provides insurance on the building against unfore seen Acts of God that might occur while you are renting. When you choose this option you are not held responsible for the payoff of the building in case of fire, flooding, tornado’s etc.
Return Policies
If at any time you decide you don’t need the shed, or it becomes more than you can handle financially, simply give us a call; we will pick up the shed, and you’ll have no more payments, no penalties.
Early Payoff
If at any time you wish to do an early payoff on your storage shed, again, there will be no penalty or extra fees. You will be the one to decide if and when you choose to purchase the shed in full.
