If at any time you decide you don’t need the shed, or it becomes more than you can handle financially, simply give us a call; we will arrange to have the shed picked up and you’ll have no more payments; no penalties.
If at any time you wish to do an early payoff on your storage shed, again, there will be no penalty or extra fees. You will be the one to decide if and when you choose to purchase the shed in full.

Damage Waiver

Voss Rentals also has a damage waiver fee option, which acts as insurance on the building against unforeseen damage that might occur while you are renting. Voss Rentals will pay to repair damages due to weather or theft.

Your Contract Options

Voss Rentals has several different rental contracts for you to choose from. You will be able to choose from those the one that best suits your needs. You can choose whether you want to own your shed in 18 months, 36 months, or 48 months. Each contract has different lease terms.
